Seasonal Operations Support Jobs in Ontario

Communicate with management any potential service issues with waiting clients.

Previous retail or luxury retail or Client related experience (i.e. hospitality, etc.).

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, Client service skills and the ability to prioritize while balancing multiple tasks is required.

Assist with engraving station where applicable.

Accurately lead floor waiting list if applicable.

Ensure hospitality area is fully stocked, orderly and clean.

Previous experience in golf course maintenance and equipment maintenance including, turf, irrigation, pesticide/fertilizer application, reels and engines is considered an asset.

Formal education in turf or golf course maintenance, horticulture or other education relevant to the position would be an asset

Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills.

Must hold Emergency First Aid Certification (proof will be required within the first 6 months of your employment).

Employment offer is conditional upon receipt of a Criminal Record Search that is acceptable to the City of Mississauga

Landscape Exterminator and Industrial Vegetation Exterminator pesticide licenses is considered an asset.

Perform a minimum of two tasks in the operations area contributing to customer service, grain conditioning or general facility upkeep

Work is prescribed and completed with close supervision and little autonomy

Duties are clearly defined and methods and tasks are described in detail

High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred

Investigate and manage commission related claims

Strong organizational and problem solving skills; attention to detail

Experience in SAS Enterprise Guide

Working knowledge of Bell internal systems, processes, products and services

Generate and maintain SQL scripts to extract data for payment calculations and reports

Ensure accuracy and timely delivery of commission payments
