Ensure Team Members are equipped with the product knowledge they need to make intentional recommendations for Community Members

Uphold presentation standards, and assess and action merchandising opportunities in order to elevate the in-store experience

Contributes to a team environment where all Team Members consistently experience a sense of belonging and inclusion

Retail experiences - An expert in delivering experiences to Community Members

Generate business results and achieve key KPIs including revenue and comp growth goals, AVS, IPT, traffic, conversion, and loyalty program growth

Communicate effectively with customers, team members, management, and corporate stakeholders

Prioritize brand and product knowledge training and share this knowledge in customer interactions

Maintain knowledge of current trends and styles

Two (2) years of retail store experience preferred.

Ensure the highest level of customer service possible, as outlined in our Service Training Program

Empower team members through communication and recognition

Conduct daily general park maintenance duties such as:

Collect garbage, recycling and litter.

Clean washrooms, facilities and infrastructure.

Minor facility and infrastructure maintenance.

Complete inspection and maintenance reports.

Provide information and assistance to the public.

Ability to performance manage a remote team by utilizing performance management techniques to hold each person to reach their full potential

Coach and manage a remote team of Educators who provide support to guests via various channels

Experience leading a team of remote employees and driving key performance indicators

Facilitate team development by identifying your direct reports unique skills and interests, providing mentorship, coaching, and facilitating career pathway conversations

Have effective communication, strong leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners

Facilitates weekly required meetings with Team Leaders and Operations Manager(s)

Other responsibilities may be assigned, as required.

Minimum of Grade 12 education or equivalent.

Show an active interest in Utility Service work and ability to learn from experienced team members.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Approximately 40 hours per week or as needed based on operational requirements.
