Overview Screening Coordinators are responsible for managing the screening process for potential employees. They are responsible for ensuring that all applicants meet the necessary qualifications and that the screening process is conducted in a timely and efficient manner. Screening Coordinators must be able to effectively communicate with applicants, employers, and other stakeholders in the screening process.
