Knowledge and experience using relevant systems and technology within a Cap Markets environment – Broadridge, BPO

Knowledge of the risk and regulatory requirements of the business

Supports change management of varying scope and type; tasks typically focused on execution and sustainment activities.

Must Have: Fixed Income settlements experience

Knowledge and understanding of the business unit’s key products and services, processes and controls

Resolves standard and relatively straightforward issues, referring non-routine issues to more senior team members and/or manager.

• Strong business facing experience in a SAP Finance/Controlling in both support and project roles

• Experience working with Solution manager

• Orchestrate and deliver end to end aspects of solution delivery including configuration, cutover, and change management

• Superior verbal and written communication skills

• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred

• Experience with merger and acquisition projects

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret complex business requirements.

- Familiarity with supply chain management systems and technologies is a plus.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

- Solid understanding of agile methodologies and experience working in agile development teams.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
