Proponent possesses experience or knowledge of Meditech Expanse, Jira

Minimum 5 years recent experience in Healthcare with a particular focus on IT systems and operational support

Minimum 10 years’ experience in managing projects to implement business systems

Proponent shall possess strong English language oral and written communication skills

Proponent shall have previous experience in optimizations relating to a clinical EHR implementation

Build experience within MEDITECH Expanse 2.2 an asset

Proven experience in project management and business analysis, ideally in a technology-driven environment.

Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects concurrently.

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) designation.

Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.

Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Proficiency in business analysis techniques, such as requirements gathering, process modeling, and gap analysis.

• Strong business facing experience in a SAP Finance/Controlling in both support and project roles

• Experience working with Solution manager

• Orchestrate and deliver end to end aspects of solution delivery including configuration, cutover, and change management

• Superior verbal and written communication skills

• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred

• Experience with merger and acquisition projects
