Time management and managing multiple priorities

A strong background with cross-domain technology ecosystem knowledge across CRM, HR and finance domains.

Working closely with senior leaders to understand business objectives and develop the finance systems roadmap.

Accountable for delivery of change & bug-fixes for all finance Systems

Accountable for the operational upkeep of the finance systems including SOX and other IT general controls.

Accountable for people agenda for the finance systems team

Works with organizations at all levels to maintain the corporate management information system for policy decision making.

Experience with SAP/Finance Modules is desirable.

Maintains communication with IT Liaison representatives in other departments for knowledge sharing.

Advanced business degree (e.g., MBA) and/or professional certification (e.g., CMA) preferred.

12 years of related experience.

Business system analyst skills, including information analysis and process improvement.

Should have experience in SAP S/4 and ECC Security and GRC

Should have experience in SAP S4 (CFIN, Group Reporting, FI, SLT etc.)

Should have experience in working on SOX/Audit compliances.

Minimum of 5+ years of experience in finance domain

Minimum of 3+ years experience with SAP Finance module.

Experience and deep knowledge of SAP technology stack

Leadership with strong communication skills, and an analytical mindset with great problem-solving abilities

Participate in business requirements review sessions for system solution with different business groups.

Drive functional discussions and demonstrate business and ERP knowledge and expertise to drive business process improvements.

Strong capability to impact and influence, negotiation skills and conflict management

Support all stages of data migration activities for the manufacturing and materials management domain

Further develop skills and knowledge in best-practice process and SAP S4/HANA solution delivery

5 to 10+ years work experience as SAP consultant with focus on Plant Maintenance

Experience in other SAP modules and related processes helpful

Successful and significant experience in SAP deployment in manufacturing industry

Well-rounded knowledge and experience in SAP Finance, in particular AP, AR, GL, Banking, Taxes and Travel & Expenses

Experience in ECC. S4H is a plus

Experience with interfaces from exchange rates to credit scores, to consolidation systems.

Experience in Health Care implementations

Some basic ABAP knowledge (to be able to interact efficiently with the technical team)

Familiarity with multinational implementations, specifically NA and LATAM

- Manufacturing experience. Knowledge of Project Systems would be a nice to have

- Strong oral, written and interpersonal skills

- Required FI experience: GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets (including AuC), Parallel ledgers and Financial Reporting

- Required experience with payment processing using DME, including creation and modification of DME trees

- Required experience with EBS using formats BAI2 and MT940

- Required experience with Journal Entry and Non-PO invoice workflow
