Remove old shingles and repair the roof deck for new shingles

Pick up and move new shingles and scrap shingles.

Previous experience in Construction, Landscaping, or a related General Labour field required

Experience with Flat Roofing and/or Roofing an asset

WHMIS and/or Working at Heights certification an asset

NEGOTIABLE WAGES BASED ON EXPERIENCE

Driver's License is an asset

Personal Transportation is an asset (Operating hours are sometimes outside of public transit hours, pickup available in Cambridge)

Roofing Business Analyst / Roofing Project Manager

Able to manage multiple deadlines in a timely manner, prioritize projects and provide status reports.

Previous experience with salesforce preferred.

Requirement Gathering and Data Validation

Ability to challenge the status quo and articulate innovative solutions for digital transformation.

Lead the aftermarket service application implementations.

Strong knowledge of various roofing systems and construction.

Excellent interpersonal skills, including strong written and verbal communication.

Assisting with design investigation work.

Assisting with roof inspections as needed.

Coordinate and conduct pre-bid, pre-start, progress, and final project site meetings.

Prepare condition assessments and analysis reports.

5 years of experience in residential roofing inspection

Good understanding of safety policies and safe work while ensuring that all safety rules are always being followed

Work at Height Certificate and WSB

$200 a day flat rate daily regardless of number of appointments+ $100 per each claim approved

Will receive a maximum of 5 appointments per day

Average weekly commission is $3000
