Two years or more experience in a similar high-volume restaurant (casual dining) environment.

Cash handling experience using POS system or cashier register.

Tourism, promotion, marketing, entertainment or event training experience preferred.

Proven selling, marketing, and service skills in a dining, retail, or promotions environment.

Project management, Business degree or equivalent experience

Provide expertise and daily guidance to all Client Solutions teams including knowledge transfer educational sessions

Troubleshoot system issues and escalations and submit and manage Cherwell tickets as required

Monitor CSC cases (Client Satisfaction Centre) and effectively and efficiently manage assigned escalations

Support continuous improvement initiatives through knowledge transfer facilitation

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel), knowledge of SharePoint and ALM

Previous experience in janitorial or building maintenance is an asset

Knowledge of the Occupational Health and Safety Act

Cleans and maintains facility, sweeps, washes and strips floors, vacuums, washes windows and doors, cleans washrooms, change rooms, empties garbage etc.

Liaises with the public to provide information regarding the facility, to arrange room rentals, etc.

Monitors user functions to ensure that building security is maintained and the rental contract is adhered to

Reports and assists with recording of incidents of injury, vandalism etc.

Strong interpersonal, organizational, time-management and communication skills;

To be considered for this position, candidates will possess the following qualifications, knowledge, and experience:

Relevant university qualifications preferably at the graduate level (e.g. Bachelor of Education plus Bachelor of Arts with specialization or equivalent);

Knowledge of different learning needs, including Individual Education Plan accommodations, and a toolbox of strategies for facilitating student success;

A minimum of 2 years of exemplary teaching experience;

Experience in an independent school setting is an asset;

Must have knowledge of computer skills using MS Office products.

Minimum of 7 years’ experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Knowledge of calipers and other measuring devices.

Troubleshoot electrical problems as required.

DC drives inspection and maintenance.

Properly uses all hand and power tools and precision measuring equipment.
