Provide excellent customer service to guests by taking orders, delivering food and drinks, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Obtain liquor education if required and be responsible for serving alcoholic beverages in a professional manner

Handle complaints or pass them on to the manager

Starting Date: TBD (June 2023)

Hiring Type: Full-time at CAD 18 per hour + tips (Probation period: first 2 weeks at CAD 15.65 per hour)

Time: Full-time with 2 shifts from 10AM-11PM (Work Schedule TBD)

Location: 1455 Lonsdale Ave, North Vancouver, B.C.

Have an accurate working knowledge of the Info Genesis system.

Make managers aware of all guest comments and complaints.

One Year Related Experience Required.

Serve food and beverages to guests according to standards

Run dishes and make serving dishes a high priority

Ensure friendly and prompt greeting to all guests.
