Sales and profit: achieving store targets through driving sales

Follow all operating and cash management policies & procedures to protect store assets and minimize loss, including proper administration

Effective e-mail management to share relevant corporate and store information with store teams

Facilitate management and store meetings to align the team on sales and operational objectives and achieve budgets

Performance Management: ability to diagnose, develop and review the performance of the staff; conduct annual performance reviews

Organizational skills – can manage multiple tasks to prioritize and meet objectives and critical deadlines; able to plan and execute

Communicate all product needs to District Managers

Strong communication and coaching skills;

Ability to organize, prioritize, delegate and follow-up;

Minimum of 2 years of Managerial experience within a high-volume, full-service restaurant

Demonstrated ability to drive revenue, without sacrificing the team and customer experiences

Demonstrates a passion for the food and beverage industry and knowledge of current trends

High proficiency in the English and French language with excellent communication skills, written and spoken

While not essential, previous retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and opening and closing the store is desirable

Previous supervisory experience including coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets is desirable

Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software

The ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service

Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced work environment

Decision-making abilities and problem solving skills;

Customer service, retail and/or cashier experience an asset;

Must work well under pressure;

Understanding of fashion trends an asset
