Resource Management Technician Jobs

Grade 12 with two years related experience (Post-secondary education preferred);

Other duties as identified by HNC Resource Managers (Office or Field),

Experience maintaining and operating marine engines, marine radios and GPS systems;

Experience operating jet boats, inboard/outboard powered boats, and/or fishing vessels;

Conduct fisheries research and environmental monitoring within Haisla territorial lands & waters;

Operate HNC field equipment, including vessels and machinery in a safe & responsible manner,

Run on desk processes related to pricing and/or hedging of derivatives and generation and management of XVA risks

Opportunity to liaise with internal trading desks, Quants, IT, risk management and PnL functions to ensure accurate CVA and FVA calculation

Superior communications skills, with ability to work well in a dynamic team environment

Operational experience within Capital Markets

Knowledge of XVA/all aspects of derivative pricing including related aspects of regulations (Basel III, IV, etc)

Programming skills in VBA, C++ or similar

2- or 4-year post-secondary qualification in operations management, construction management or related field

Liaising with Project Managers and company management to provide resource insights

Forecasting resource requirements and skill profiles for additional personnel for upcoming projects

Developing and maintaining databases, protocols and processes to manage data accuracy and integrity

5-7 years' experience in resource scheduling, capacity planning and allocation

Working with Solution Architects to define initial resource roles and utilization estimates;
