Relevant post-secondary education in Fundraising, Project Management, Community Development certificate (preference in non-profit organizations) or relevant qualifications..

Self-directed individual with strong initiative, organized, problem solving and time management skills, researching, able to prioritize, complete assigned tasks within deadline.

Proven networking and relationship management, promotion, leveraging current resources to create leads within the community to raise awareness and procure donations..

Coordinate with internal and eternal stakeholders to create communication for social media and manages newsletters for community relationship building and engagement.

Evaluate and quality manage the Volunteer Program.

Experience working in the human services in Ontario with a strong awareness of relevant current affairs and trends.

Proficient knowledge and experience working with computers applications is required

Experience and knowledge with Meditech is required

Grade 12 education or equivalent

Experience in Microsoft Word and Excel (or similar applications) is required

Knowledge of scheduling systems is an asset

Post-secondary certificate course in medical office related studies is an asset

8+ years of work experience

Need experience with BMC remedy Upgrade

Need to be educated in PL/SQL

Able to easily find the problem for an issue in a complex BMC remedy environment ( GEO redundant, High Available)
