This includes managing staff, ensuring the safety of residents, and ensuring that all rules and regulations are followed. The Residential Supervisor is also responsible for providing support and guidance to residents, as well as developing and implementing programs and activities to meet the needs of the residents. Detailed Job Description The Residential Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a residential facility. This includes managing staff, ensuring the safety of residents, and ensuring that all rules and regulations are followed. The Residential Supervisor is also responsible for providing support and guidance to residents, as well as developing and implementing programs and activities to meet the needs of the residents. The Residential Supervisor is also responsible for maintaining records, preparing reports, and responding to inquiries from residents and their families. Job Skills Required

Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or a related field
• At least two years of experience in a residential facility
• Certification in first aid and CPR
• Valid driver’s license
