The Finance Manager’s key areas of involvement include:

Five (5) to seven (7) years’ recent related financial accounting experience in a large, complex healthcare environment

Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting principles (GAAP) and other related accounting procedures/principles

A degree in one of the humanities, social sciences or related field with educational preparation for the role of manager/administrator

Computer literacy, including effective working skills of MS Office, and knowledge of Yardi Prior managerial experience required.

Develop building management processes to meet client requirements.

Stay current with new technologies, systems and procedures related to property management and work required skills

Minimum five (5) years property management experience in residential high-end properties

Sound leadership, staff management, and teambuilding skills.

A well-defined sense of diplomacy, conflict resolution, and people management skills.

Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively.

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Estimating, Construction Management, or a related field.

Proficient in using project management software and tools.

Excellent analytical and mathematical skills to accurately estimate costs and quantities.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build collaborative relationships with team members, stakeholders, and external partners.

Knowledge of relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.

- Previous experience in residential property management, considered an asset.

- Excellent organizational, communication and time management skills.

- Preparing monthly, weekly, and daily reports for management.

- Adhering to a 30-min response time policy for inquiries prospective tenants and management.

- Strong computer skills: confident in MS Office (CRM experience considered an asset).
