Detailed Job Description Residential Care Workers are responsible for providing care and support to people living in residential care facilities. This includes providing emotional support, helping with daily activities, and ensuring the safety and wellbeing of residents. They are also responsible for helping residents develop life skills, such as budgeting, cooking, and personal hygiene. Residential Care Workers may also be responsible for administering medication, providing transportation, and helping with recreational activities. Job Skills Required

Job Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in first aid and CPR
• Previous experience working with people with disabilities or in a residential care setting
• Valid driver’s license

• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Knowledge of basic medical terminology
• Knowledge of basic first aid and CPR
• Knowledge of local and state laws and regulations related to residential care
Job Experience
• Previous experience working with people with disabilities or in a residential care setting
