Overview Resident Services Assistants provide support to residents in a variety of ways. They help to ensure that the living environment is safe, comfortable, and enjoyable for all residents. They may also provide assistance with administrative tasks, such as filing paperwork, answering phones, and scheduling appointments. Detailed Job Description Resident Services Assistants are responsible for providing support to residents in a variety of ways. This may include helping to ensure that the living environment is safe, comfortable, and enjoyable for all residents. They may also provide assistance with administrative tasks, such as filing paperwork, answering phones, and scheduling appointments. Additionally, they may be responsible for providing information and resources to residents, as well as responding to inquiries and complaints. Job Skills Required• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
• Proficiency in computer applications
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
• Ability to pass a background check
