A Resident Assistant (RA) is a student leader who lives in a residence hall and is responsible for providing support, guidance, and resources to the students living in the residence hall. RAs are expected to create a safe and welcoming environment for all students and to help foster a sense of community.What is Resident Assistant Job Skills Required?

What is Resident Assistant Job Qualifications?
• Must be a full-time student in good academic standing
• Must have lived in a residence hall for at least one year
• Must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5
• Must be able to commit to the RA position for at least one academic year
• Must be able to attend all RA training sessions and meetings
