Knowledge and understanding of basic computer skills including Outlook/Email, and ability to adapt easily to online training programs

Minimum of one-year recent relevant experience preferred

Experience working with an older adult population

Demonstrated ability to problem solve within the responsibilities of the position

Health Care Aide Certificate from recognized program

Foundation to Therapeutic Recreation or willing to obtain

Nokia products experience required (7950XRS, 7750SR, 7705SAR, 7210SAS and NSP).

Knowledge of BNG deployment with Nokia Products is required.

7+ years relevant work experience with a telecom communications equipment vendor or service provider in configuring, monitoring and troubleshooting IP/MPLS networks.

5+ years experience in IP routing protocols such as IS-IS, OSPF, BGP.

5+ years experience in in MPLS protocols LDP and RSVP-TE, and L2/L3 VPNs over MPLS.

5+ years experience in QoS implementation/testing.
