Replenishment Stocker Jobs

Rotates stock and checks for expired products.

Ensures the merchandise is properly signed and priced.

Adheres to food safety and handling procedures and following sanitation and cleaning procedures.

Follows proper procedures for; Ordering, clearance, markups/markdowns, signing/flagging/pricing/labels.

Ensures that department is fully stocked with merchandise and is ready for business.

Follows Health and Safety guidelines.

Communicate potential improvements to the Replenishment management team;

Prepare various analysis and reports to buyers and management; and

Validate, define and understand requirements linked to existing and new projects for the Replenishment team;

Two (2) years minimum of related experience;

Experience in product/retail environment is a definite asset;

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills combined with a keen attention to detail;

Flexible hybrid or remote work arrangement;

1-3 years of relevant work experience

Experience in the fresh grocery category is an asset

Formal Order Management and Forecasting & Replenishment training and/or education an asset, as well as broader knowledge of Supply Chain functions

Knowledge of of Order Management and Forecasting & Replenishment related work practices and principles

Consistently execute Replenishment Purchase order and inventory management processes with excellence

1-3 years of relevant work experience

University or college education in the field of Supply Chain or Business/Retail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Other tasks deemed suitable based on knowledge and experience as required by the CAN DC Departmental Supervisor or General Manager

Carry out Equipment Operator general responsibilities and duties as and when required

Experienced in a Distribution/warehouse environment

Knowledge of IN - OUTBOUND logistics flow

Sound IT skills including MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Experience with WMS and RF scanners
