Minimum of 2 years experience in the rehabilitation, insurance or related field
A flexible schedule and a remote work approach within Canada
Conducting interviews with all stakeholders to develop effective action plans and reduce absenteeism costs while helping workers return to work
Objectively and succinctly documenting all activities and communications related to a case, organizing notes, letters and other written documentation

Additionally, you may need to obtain certification from a professional organization, such as the Commission on Rehabilitation Counselor Certification (CRCC).
