Our Massage Clinic provides the following:

Must have excellent customer service skills and work ethic. Previous RMT experience in a luxury hotel/ resort spa an asset

RMT Designation and liability insurance

Registered and a member in good standing with the CMTO (College of Massage Therapists of Ontario)

Fluency in English both written and verbal. Proficiency in other languages would be an asset

Please note- we are only looking for applicants who are committed to working AT LEAST 30HRS/WK)

For reference, 30hrs/wk equates to ~$44,500 Base Salary; 32hrs/wk= ~$47,500; 34hrs/wk= ~$50,700; 36hrs/wk= $53,500 + performance-based bonuses (+~25%= ~$55,000-$67,000/year)

Mandatory weekly 45-min Role Play Meetings Mondays @12-12:45 pm & 1hr Team Meetings Mondays @1-2 pm to assist with team alignment.
