Knowledge / experience working within Recreation focusing seniors

The incumbent will report to the Program Manager and work collaboratively with the therapist.

Ability to work alone and with others but manage time effectively.

Plan, implement and evaluate both individual and group activation program based on assessed needs and as assigned by the supervisor.

Maintain program and resident records according to department policy. Communicate participation by residents to registered staff.

Responsible for the setting, clearing, cleaning, and sanitizing of resident dining and service areas

Collects and strips trays for dish washing

Conveys residents’ complaints to Dietary Supervisor

Knowledgeable regarding the use of cleaning equipment and supplies.

Demonstrates effective communication and organizational skills.
