This includes greeting visitors, answering phones, taking messages, providing general administrative support, and other duties as assigned. The Receptionist Non Union is also responsible for maintaining a neat and organized reception area, as well as ensuring that all visitors and customers are treated with respect and courtesy. Job Skills Required• Excellent customer service skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of office procedures
