Real Estate Development Investments Analyst Jobs in Alberta

·1-4 years’ work experience in real estate development, investment management, or real estate private equity

Assist in the preparation and coordination of monthly asset and fund level management reports

·Support leasing and marketing efforts with third-party property management and leasing teams,

·Highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and other data visualization or database management tools

·Completion of a bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in finance or real estate finance

·Fluent spoken and written English with strong communication and presentation skills

Report on property development feasibility and project cash-flow management.

Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams like property management, leasing, and development.

3-5 years of relevant experience in commercial real estate development, investment, or finance.

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Real Estate, or a related field.

Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and experience with real estate modeling software such as Argus.

Post-secondary education in Urban Planning or Planning/Architectural Technology, Project Management or an equivalent combination of training and experience

Training and experience in Project Management an asset

Effective time management skills and attention to detail

Manage the external consultants working on the development applications to ensure timely delivery of materials required for the approval

Ensure administrative and regulatory duties such as rezoning, development permit, and building permits are managed promptly and efficiently

Must be knowledgeable in the municipal planning process, including zoning bylaws, statutory plans, policy plans, etc

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools as well as excellent oral and written communication, and presentation skills

Ability to manage time effectively to handle competing demands and meet tight deadlines
