React FullStack Developer Jobs in British Columbia

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience

Work with stakeholders to gather the requirements & drive front-end work

Implement technical designs, using best practice software design patterns and guidance to meet Technical and Non-Functional Requirements

3+ Years’ experience building applications using ReactJS

Experience with relational, object oriented or NoSQL databases

Experience using REACT framework such as Redux

Minimum 3- 5+ years of experience with system design, programming, and data structuring

Experience with Agile methodologies, JIRA, Git/GitHub.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Pursue identified opportunities to develop new web and mobile application products and protocols

Develop APIs to support functionality of client devices

Work closely with colleagues in marketing and product web development to improve app design and functionality

Experience with performance and optimization problems, particularly at large scale, and a demonstrated ability to both diagnose and prevent these problems.

5+ years of experience in Frontend software development, at least 2 years on React

At least 1 or 2 years of work experience with JS ecosystem (NPM/Yarn, ES6, Redux)

Good eye for user experience and user interface.

Experience writing unit and integration tests

Collaborate effectively with marketing, product, and design to align on product requirements

Core/Must have Skills & Requirements

Minimum 1 year - please share the apps you have developed during interview.

• Design and develop the web interface for new and existing applications.

• Write clean code that is maintainable, extensible, and complies to best practice and security.

• Build reusable code and libraries for future use.

• Optimize web interface for maximum speed and scalability.

Collaborate with product management and engineering team to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience

At least 4 years experience in developing web applications, preferably leveraging React

Hands-on experience implementing component based UI frameworks such as material-ui.

Prior experience working with CI/CD pipelines

Hands-on experience managing databases – MySQL or otherwise

Design and implement web application features
