Quality Engineering Coordinator Jobs

-Maintain, manage calculations for customer productivity analysis

Administer quote procedure for new business and engineering change requests

-Receive information from customer portal(s), email, etc.

Experience with quality improvement tools, including: Design quality tools D/PFMEA, DFX, Poke-yoke, Statistical decision-making, and 8D and K-T problem solving.

Identify and develop KPI’s (key performance indicators) and work with cross functional teams on Continuous Improvement activities.

Partner with Site Operations team and corporate functions to set & meet quality objectives.

Drive and promote a culture of quality within the organization.

Creating project-specific quality management plans in consultation with the Project Team.

Acting as a Quality Assurance Manager and Quality Control Reviewer in design projects.

10+ years' experience in design and engineering of transportation infrastructure and facility projects

Experience driving process transformation and best practices related to quality delivery of engineering projects.

Experience and understanding of conventional delivery and alternative delivery methodologies.

Experience working with MTO and municipal transportation clients within Ontario is an asset.

Experience in testing practices, handling Code repository and test management tools. Preferable Git

Present strong knowledge of software development methodologies, practices, concepts, and technologies obtained through work experience.

To analyze and resolve problems of moderate to high complexity, requiring strong Test Automation, knowledge of systems and software technologies.

Strong partnering and communication skills in working with Business Customers and Technology team stakeholders.

Strong knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws.

Should have Minimum 8 years of test automation experience using Selenium / Web services.

Involved as internal auditor for ISO:9001:2015 process audits of the RS Quality Management Systems

Establishes new procedures and methods as required to meet manufacturing quality requirements.

Maintains Quality Control records and Certification files

Post Secondary education with a technical degree preferred

5 years related industry experience

Strong computer skills, using MS Office and specialized Engineering software such as Minitab

• Assist in the training of personnel in all customer requirements when required.

• Support the program team from a quality engineering perspective.
