QC Analytical Excellence skill set should include:

Any experience using liquids, soaps, or creams an asset.

Experience in test method development and troubleshooting

Experience in performing immunology assays (example: ELISAs and cell-based bioassay methods)

Experienced in conducting scientific investigations, including OOS investigations and CAPAs

Strong oral and written communication skills

Must have a minimum of 3 years of real estate development /custom homes

Current Driver's License and reliable vehicle

Ability to read and understand blueprints

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Knowledge and basic comprehension of lab terminology is an asset;

The successful candidate should enter the position with the following qualifications:

Preparing various samples for analysis and testing;

Reporting/logging detailed results of tests and samples;

Performing maintenance checks on equipment and log maintenance activity.

Writing technical and management system reports

5+ years of relevant experience including significant responsibilities in a regulatory environment

Assessing product specifications and customer requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal relation skills

Promoting quality achievement and performance improvement

Ensuring compliance with national and international standards

Strong negotiating, conflict resolution, and people management skills.

Work with construction management staff to complete warranty claims from the client

Manage the quality control process on new construction builds.

Manage the maintenance of quality control programs, including audits.

Minimum 5 years’ experience in the residential construction industry

Minimum 3 years’ working experience in a team lead capacity

Responsible for implementing the DCC’s Quality Management System (QMS).

Assist in Auditing of the Quality Management System (ISO Based standards)

Provide guidance to ensure efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources.

Manage all QC related correspondence and the dissemination of information to internal/external stakeholders.

Assist the manager in Tack coat coordination as required including schedule, payment and safety

Excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.

Experience working in the concrete or construction related industry is considered an asset

Strong product and production knowledge; have a basic understanding of the chemistry of concrete and its ingredients.

Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.

Implement the QC program (inspections, tests, completion of forms.)

Perform all types of concrete tests as required at plant & or in field.

Work closely with ready mix drivers to educate them on mixes, slumps, air contents.
