Quality Assurance Tester – Information Technology Jobs in Ontario

You will participate in scrum ceremonies and when applicable, provide input on the testability of requirements and acceptance criteria

Participate in Agile Scrum grooming meetings with the IS team and stakeholders to validate requirements

5+ years of experience as an SQA and 1+ years of QA automation experience

Post-secondary education in Computer Science, Engineering or any related field of study

Knowledge of SDLC, testing concepts, automated testing frameworks like Data Driven, Keyword driven,

Proven experience in software testing and quality assurance, including test planning, test execution, and defect management.

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Familiarity with defect tracking systems and test management tools.

General university degree or specialized college diploma or equivalent experience in computer

Must have foundation-level certification in QA such as ISTQB foundation, CSTE, CAST, CTFL,

A minimum of 3 years of experience in the field of software quality assurance or related software development lifecycle activities.
