· Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

· Highly effective teamwork skills in conjunction with strong conflict management skills.

Oversee the management of the Complaint program to ensure all critical trends are addressed appropriately and investigations are handled.

· Post-Secondary degree in Sciences or an equivalent amount of experience and education.

Ensure net weight meets legal requirements.

Labelling: Ensure labelling operations are consistent with Health Canada requirements.

• Excellent time management and prioritization skills.

• Assists the Quality Assurance Person in managing the Quality Management System.

• Ensure efficiency of a Quality Management System for all processing and packaging activities.

• Responsible for training of site management and employees on applicable SOPs and GMP

• Knowledge of GLP principles, ISO 17025, and laboratory experience an asset.

• Knowledge and experience in chemistry, and pharmacology an asset.
