Participer et animer la démarche de certification qualité de service du magasin selon les préconisations émises par l'enseigne

Mettre en place, surveiller, exploiter et réagir aux indicateurs de la prévention et procéder à l'analyse des accidents de travail

Garantir la sécurité des biens et des personnes dans l'enceinte du site en :

Organisant les missions de surveillance et/ou de gardiennage

Emettre des recommandations et proposer des actions correctives permettant de traiter les risques

Elaborer le cahier des charges et assurer la consultation des prestataires et sous-traitants

Working knowledge of quality management systems, familiarity with Lean manufacturing

Strong organizational, time management and problem solving skills

Sound interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with management and all other employees

5+ years working in an independent Health & Safety role; additional Quality experience required

Demonstrated knowledge of HSE & Quality regulations and best practices, including COR, ISO and relevant provincial safety legislation

Highly effective communication skills with the demonstrated ability to run meetings effectively
