Knowledge of design-build and construction management delivery methods a plus.

Strong knowledge and competency with desktop proposal management software

Incorporate feedback from subject matter experts and senior management to enhance proposal quality.

Design, create, compose, and customize persuasive and comprehensive proposals, ensuring full compliance with RFQ/RFP requirements.

Rewrite and customize previous proposals and qualifications in response to new pursuits.

Collaborate with internal team members to gather information and understand project requirements.

Time Management: Proven ability to manage time and priorities effectively to meet proposal deadlines without compromising quality.

§ Verbal Communication: Strong verbal communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with internal teams and clients.

§ Proposal Writing Experience: Previous experience in proposal writing, especially within the IT staffing/services industry, is advantageous.

§ IT Certifications: Relevant certifications in IT or related fields can demonstrate a strong technical understanding.

Submit timely and accurate grant proposals, ensuring adherence to submission deadlines and requirements.

Fluent in both English and French, enabling effective communication with our diverse community (mandatory requirement)

A minimum of 3 years of experience in grant writing, preferably within the nonprofit sector.

Familiarity with grant application processes and requirements, enabling you to navigate the grant-seeking landscape with confidence.

Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines, ensuring the timely submission of high-quality grant proposals.

Collaborate with program staff to gather relevant information and data needed for compelling and well-researched grant applications.

Experience in grant writing, with a demonstrated track record of successful grants secured

Excellent research skills to identify suitable funding opportunities

Collaborate with project managers to gather information about projects and initiatives. Develop well-structured grant proposals.
