Property Tax Clerk Jobs

Experience working with strict financial requirements, demanding workload and shifting priorities.

Experience working in an office setting, preference may be given to applicants with a minimum of 3 years.

Secondary school graduation or equivalent.

In a financial and senior role.

In personal income tax preparation

A smart device is required (smart phone or tablet) for limited work purposes to set up authenticator tokens.

Data Entry & File Management

Assist in the appeal management, file maintenance and electronic storage of documents

Less than 1 year of relevant experience required

Knowledge of oil and gas sector an asset

Basic quantitative and qualitative analysis skills

Attention to detail in order to complete data entry exercises accurately

Must have over six (6) months of experience in a computerized accounting office environment;

Must possess excellent interpersonal skills and be capable of dealing with the general public;

Knowledge of the Municipal Act as it relates to property taxation is considered an asset;
