Completes on site and/or virtual inspections of personal and commercial claims

Responsible for capturing the scope of damages and writing repair estimates to settle claims

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Process any incoming or outgoing mail either electronically or manually

Issue monthly invoices to tenants and landlords

Prepare quarterly / annual reports
