Job Title- Methods Engineers With Rail Domain Experience

Experience levels : 5 Plus years with minimum 3 plus in Rail

Need 15 Engineers to start by 1st -21st of Aug

During specification and preliminary design phases:

Participate to the product design reviews when required.

During detailed design phase and before Serial Go:

Change Management: Manage project scope changes, assess their impact, and implement appropriate change control procedures.

Time and Resource Management: Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritize tasks, and allocate resources effectively.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to assess project risks, identify issues, and propose solutions.

Adaptability: Flexibility to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, adapting to changing project requirements and priorities.

Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and relevant project artifacts.

Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in project deliverables.

At least 7 years of experience in project management.

Demonstrated experience with standard project management tools, such as, MS Project, Clarity/Planview, Visio, MS Office Suite, SharePoint, PowerBI or equivalents.

Experience creating and maintaining project management artefacts/project collaterals, such as, meeting minutes, project plans, briefing notes, change requests.

Excellent planning and time management skills with a focus on attention to detail.

Experience and Skill Set Requirements

A professional who can work without immediate direction while successfully informing management of required support (when needed).

An inventory validation exercise is a request of the , in validating and labelling technology inventory across the Province of Ontario.

Staff will be required to have a valid driver's license, vehicle and travel to the various sites in any given day.

The role will be at Sr. QA Level, based out of the Toronto location.
