Program Supply Manager Jobs

Bachelor’s Degree plus 2 years of experience performing Clinical Trial Supply Management or 4+ years of Clinical Supply Management experience.

Review and approve any pre-execution batch documentation required including label documents, packaging specifications, and logistics management documents.

Other duties may be assigned by management as required.

Computer Skills: Ability to perform complex computer tasks and have knowledge of various computer programs, especially Microsoft Office.

This position is 100% remote. Access to dedicated work space at home is required.

Participate in any meetings necessary to manage expectations and ensure clear communication.

Case management/service navigation, crisis intervention experience; preferably in a community health setting

Experience with individual and group assessment and group facilitation

Participate in the overall activities of the Health Centre, e.g., in-service training, committees, special events, shared staff responsibilities

Develop comprehensive case planning and service co-ordination

Accompaniment with clients to appointments related to key systems navigation (i.e., court appearances, systems appointments, etc.) as required

Maintain timely and appropriate written and electronic client records, reports, and correspondence

Minimum 5 years of experience in program supply management, preferably in the education or technology sector

Prepare and present reports and updates on program supply activities and performance to senior management

Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, market research, program development, or related field

Manage and optimize program inventory and capacity levels, capacity/cohort creation processes, school relationships, and logistics operations.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Strong leadership, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
