Production Stain Line Worker Jobs in Ontario

Direct the team to achieve daily productivity and quality metrics as per Plant Manager.

Manages any employee conflict as necessary, in a mature manner and seeks to improve morale and teamwork amongst the team.

Any other duties as assigned by the Plant Manager

1-4 years’ experience in the Casting Department.

Strong leadership, influence/interpersonal and organizational skills

Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple priorities to meet established deadlines
