Product Expert Vts Jobs

You will work with Tech and Business to drive requirements, bridge the gap, recommend best practices for the tool.

Person must work closely with BSA and Tech to drive out the requirements.

Understand the data, setting the right attributes & drive those requirements.

Working with the product owners and tech team, make suggestions, drive out new requirements.

Looking for someone that knows HCL Interact Unica.

Someone that can integrated with backend and code.

Extensive experience in Maritime industry and customer service would be advantageous.

Superb verbal and written communication skills

Excellent communication (both verbal and written), documentation, negotiation, organisational and relationship skills

Customer focused with effective relationship building skills

Identifying new market opportunities and relaying this information to the Manager and other relevant stakeholders.

Responsible for tendering, analysis, negotiation, scope definition and contract design for project procurement
