Cambridge & EnjoyABC's recruiting new online tutors!

We are an online conversation academy and looking for a few new online tutors.

It runs all year long with a membership group class design.

Hourly rate : USD 10 / lesson (get paid for even no-show lessons)

New Tutor Criteria : Canadian, American, Australian, and British English speakers only

Style : small group + totally conversational ( no grammar teaching required )

·Minimum of 1 year teaching/tutoring experience required

The following expert tutors are wanted

·Pre-screened students that fit your expertise and schedule

·University grads, and professionals are encouraged to apply. Teaching credential is a plus.

·Competence to work with high level ,ambitious students whose goal is admittance into top universities

We do not require previous experience in the position of teacher/trainer.

Possibility of teleworking / remote work

You will be able to set the price of your classes

Remuneration between £20 and £40 /hour.

Sharing the life skills gained through personal sports experiences to help cultivate ownership, confidence, and positive habits

Running our Life Skills Boot Camp with cohorts of students entering the program

1+ years of experience working with kids ages 11 - 17

Using adaptive technology to understand better where a student is at in their academics and how they can improve

Developing common interests by learning about what kids love

Fostering accountability through positive feedback and connection, not authority

Experience tutoring SAT, PSAT, and/or SSAT test prep strategies

Hosting live sessions, carrying out 1-to-1 Academic Tutoring sessions with students, engaging students on the program via email/chat, and more.

Strategizing ways to improve student engagement and success and then actively taking steps to implement.

Lecturing or hosting traditional "classes"

Success in this role will be measured by the percentage of students who score 1500+ on the SAT

A bachelor's degree in any subject from a Top 25 US college or university
