Experience in product management with an FX role

Knowledge of QA tools, concepts and methodologies. Experience with test automation a plus.

Bachelor’s Degree preferred or 1-3 years relevant business/finance experience.

Work with the Product team during the development of business requirements development to create a comprehensive test plan.

Strong communication and writing skills

-Manage the user experience on our online learning platforms and provide tech support to learners

-Manage technology-related projects, including project planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and timeline management.

-Experience and interest in streamlining and implementing technology-based solutions in the workplace and online learning environments

-Demonstrate a high level of skills in managing G-Suite

-Experience supporting staff teams with technology needs

-Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills with a solutions mindset

Strong technical skills and experience with industry-standard FX software (e.g., Houdini, Maya, Nuke, etc.)

Manage the pipeline and workflow for the FX department

A minimum of 5 years of experience in FX for film, TV, or games

Experience supervising a team of FX artists

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to find solutions to technical issues
