Prior experience in one or more of semiconductor backend functions (Synthesis, Layout, Physical Verification, STA) is a must
Excellent verbal and written communicational skills.
Working with multi-time-zone locations of cross-functional teams from Design, Implementation, ATPG, Layout, CAD, MS domains
