Extensive experience as a pharmacy assistant, with prior roles in leadership or growth-focused capacities being a significant advantage.

Exceptional communication skills, crucial for mentoring junior staff, effectively liaising with patients, and networking within the community.

Robust organizational skills and a meticulous attention to detail.

Provide leadership and support to the pharmacy team, ensuring smooth daily operations.

Serve as a communication bridge between pharmacists, technicians, and other assistants.

Experience with Kroll software is an asset

High attention to detail while being efficient and able to manage time

At least 1 year of pharmacy experience is required

Accurately pick drugs for packaging and file them accordingly.

Provide an excellent level of customer service to all clients

Assist the delivery/logistics teams to ensure prescriptions are prepared on time and multiple items per patient are coordinated.
