Personal Benefits Specialist Jobs in Alberta

HR diploma or CEBS certification (or equivalent experience)

2 years’ experience with Benefits Administration

Benefits Administration with various providers including HSA/LSA

Disability claims administration (Short Term, Long Term, and Workers Compensation)

Point of contact for employees

Provide support as required for HRIS system implementation

Remote work from home option

High school diploma (higher education preferred but not required)

Customer service and/or retail experience preferred but not required

Must pass a background check

Minimum 3 years in customer service and or a clinical field with patient management experience (remote or in person)

Performing duties in a manner that is consistent with and committed to upholding the requirements of the quality management system

Forwarding incoming feedback or requests related to Sales, Marketing, Product Management, or other departments as required

Familiarity with quality management systems (ISO:13485) and HIPAA/PIPEDA standards considered an asset
