Provide to Concessions District Sales Manager regular updates on performance of concessions, providing feedback and recommendations for areas of improvement

Recover, replenish and merchandise the concession shop during frequent visits

Validate all the carton deliveries from the Distribution Center

Excellent customer service, interpersonal, organizational and time management skills are required

Professional knowledge of the Community Peace Officer Area, provincial requirements and standards

Current knowledge of hearing aid technology and hearing aid devices is required 

Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.  

Able to prioritize work efficiently in a fast-paced work environment, without jeopardizing the client experience  

Experience with client database systems is preferred 

Knowledge of insurance and agency coverage for hearing care services 

Experience in a supervisory or management role contributing to business operations including staff scheduling, finances, inventory and people management

Manage and oversee all compliance programs within the practice, while leading by example to ensure patient safety is a top priority.

Manage and analyze daily staffing costs and payroll administration; oversee accounts receivable process.

3-5 years experience in either a clinical setting, retail sales or customer service environment

Strong business acumen and extensive experience in budgeting and forecasting

Proficient computer skills and a working knowledge of Microsoft or G-Suite programs, previous experience with a CRM program an asset

A degree or diploma is preferred but not required (Business Management, Marketing or Agriculture)

Grow business through existing customer base, lead generation, customer qualification and closing of sales;

Execution of the corporate sales plan with the Sales Manager

Ensure My Farm Manager is up to date with all customer information

3 – 5 years of territory sales experience

Skills and/or education that are clearly relevant and transferable to the work of a justice of the peace.

Keen interest in people and humanity, including cross-cultural experience and community engagement.

Experience providing functional advice, guidance and assistance to/at multiple levels of authority.

Proven ability and experience in making sound, practical and timely decisions with complex factors.

Proven reputation for punctuality, reliability, organization skills and preparedness.

Highly developed intellectual and analytical skills.

Prepare and submit for publication in professional journals, case studies and articles that share new knowledge
