Lead, manage and mentor other UI/UX designers in the team

Engage with clients to proactively identify areas of improving user experience

Hands on experience as Sr UI Designer / Lead; 8-12 years of experience

Experience of creating and driving visual design strategy, deign practices and principles

In depth experience as designer for enterprise software, responsive web apps, and defining in-house style guides and documenting standards

* 5+ years of demonstrated experience coding with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and writing cross-browser compatible code

* 5+ years of experience developing applications in Angular/React

* Experience working in an agile/scrum development process.

* Effective communication and coordination skills

Term: Long term contract or full time/permanent

* Solid expertise in DevOps Tools and CI/CD activities

Continuously evaluate and optimize the user experience based on user feedback, usability testing, and industry best practices.

Experience conducting user research and usability testing.

Knowledge of frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Design user interfaces and create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas.

Collaborate with frontend and backend developers to implement responsive and user-friendly designs across desktop and mobile platforms.
