To support and provide one on one care as needed;

To support with safe lifts and transfers of residents;

You are required to follow current legislated social distancing practices and any other government mandated requirements

Must have a minimum 1 year of consecutive retail experience

Stocking shelves, unloading delivery trucks, maintaining store cleanliness

In this unionized role, you will be required to serve customers daily and process payment transactions

You are expected to follow all health and safety procedures and must use all PPE provided

Perform other related duties as assigned

Manage and process inbound deliveries in a timely manner; monitor to prioritize the daily workload.

Be knowledgeable of stock including quantity, how many units are on hand, and what is and is not selling.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Minimum 1-2 year experience in a retail industry of relevant experience as a stock associate

Assists with table/tray preparation, serving of beverages and accompaniments, and serving of food.

Attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level

Complete sales appointment data entry including opportunity creation, scheduling and record all conversations in our customer database in a comprehensible way

Utilize geographic mapping systems and sales skill set documentation as needed when scheduling sales appointments

Utilize company’s knowledge databases to find information

Previous Sales and/or call centre experience required

Strong computer skills and an intermediate level understanding of MS Office, Excel, and Outlook, Salesforce

You possess superior communication skills

You are team oriented Energetic Friendly and outgoing

You enjoy working in a fast paced, guest service environment

You are available to work late on weekends and some late weeknights
