Develops and maintains in-depth knowledge of business and related risk management requirements and legislative/regulatory directives and guidance.

Proven leadership experience, including team management and motivation.

Strong project management skills to ensure processes are well-structured and timelines are met.

Expert knowledge of risk management, audit, compliance, governance and/or project management is required.

The ability to present findings effectively to regulators and senior management.

Leads change management programs of varying scope and type, including readiness assessments, planning, stakeholder management, execution, evaluation and sustainment of initiatives.

Atleast 3 year(s) of retail and/or merchandising experience with exposure to assortment planning, store operations, project management and/or communications

University or College degree, preferably in in business, retail management or communications

Possess a sound understanding of Retail Operations, preferably in the areas of Category Management, Retail Merchandising and/or Supply Chain

Working Knowledge of VBA and SQL is an asset.

Intermediate to advanced Excel and Word skills specifically use of pivot tables and V lookups

Ability to work with and influence cross functional groups and teams

Principles of project management, including concepts pertaining to work breakdown structures, cost containment/control and reporting

Computer applications pertaining to project management, database management, spreadsheet, word processing, e-mail and use of the Intra-Internets

Experience and formal training combined with demonstrated performance and ability may substitute for stipulated academic requirements.

General knowledge of recognized construction materials, methods, processes, and practices and a wide range of building construction disciplines

Knowledge of applicable health and safety legislation, including the rights and duties of workers.

Manage concurrent complex, high dollar value and often highly sensitive projects and bring projects to completion on time and within budget

Document your findings and make them applicable to Eli’s user experience and business model.

Work with the Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs Manager to see how your findings fit into the regulatory strategy.

You have experience in reviewing scientific literature and using tools such as Pubmed, sci-hub, and Google Scholar.

Consult with Eli’s medical advisors to validate the relevance of your research findings to the clinical setting.

Gain a deep understanding of our users by participating in customer validation calls and reviewing customer research.

Reviews contracted partner staffing reports and other documentation as required to confirm:

Required submitted reports accurately reflect staffing patterns

Staffing models and mix meet IH contract service deliverables

Staffing models and mix meet Ministry of Health (MoH) guidelines and standards

Staffing models and mix appropriately meet identified resident needs

Supports the Long-term Care Services team by participating in meetings and committees as required.

Experience in site review is desired, but not necessary

Previous structural experience an asset, as would CAD/BIM experience

Experience in construction and/or in the consulting field an asset

Working under the direction of senior staff members, you will perform field review of structural components of buildings under construction

Review shop drawings and assist design team in reviewing and responding to site inquires

Represent RJC at job site meetings with contractors and other consultants

Knowledge of information/records management and records management systems.

Provides case management assistance and select training to Customer Protective Services staff.

Works with external agencies (e.g. Provincial Offences Courts, case management system vendor, collection agency).

Must be proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. ), management information systems, and databases.

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, at all organizational levels.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.

Parking Review Representative (Regular Part Time)

Work schedule Tuesday - Saturday, 400pm – 800pm, 20 hour work week

$36.55 per hour, Pay Grade 9
