Must have an Ontario Secondary School Graduation Diploma, or Ontario Ministry of Education equivalency;

Must have over six (6) months of experience in a meter repair or related environment;

Must have knowledge of Windows 7;

Must have knowledge of internal computer settings, partitioning hard drives, etc.;

Fulfilling office administration duties for facility

Ensuring and maintaining solid business relationships

Responsible for answering customer inquiries.

50 wpm keyboarding skill with a high degree of accuracy.

Experience in account management and revenue collection

Manage ticket inventory, cash flow, reports, and audits to prevent loss through theft, error, or carelessness.

Responsible for the supervision of location staff including: delegating, coaching/developing, monitoring performance, and ensuring compliance with all company standards.

Recruit, select, and train new employees; develop onboarding plan for new employees to ensure success.

Review profit and loss statements, adjustments, and variance reports on a monthly basis; make adjustments as necessary to achieve budget goals.

Use respectful communication to assist guests with their questions, problems, and concerns; relay information to shift or Operations Manager as necessary.

Immediately report any accidents, incidents or safety concerns to Operations Manager or Shift Lead.

1+ year of previous cashier experience

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Greet arriving and departing guests in a friendly and courteous manner.

Formal Education, Training and Occupational Certification

Parking Review Representative (Regular Part Time)

Work schedule Tuesday - Saturday, 400pm – 800pm, 20 hour work week

$36.55 per hour, Pay Grade 9
