Paint Launch Project Manager Jobs

Manage the commercial position focusing on improvements to contribution margins.

Manage Warranty performance through analysis of Return data, part specific teardowns and customer feedback

Manage the Customer interface on a regular basis to resolve any commercial issues, outstanding engineering changes and product quality improvements.

Manage the Engineering Change process as it relates to programs of responsibility (established programs).

Manage day-to-day project tasks to lead assigned groups of stakeholders through project stages up through completion

Create and maintain project work schedules, track project requirements and translate project requests into project deliverables

Prioritize needs and effectively manage project resources

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience

Experience in program management, project management, product management, consulting, corporate strategy, business operations or strategic planning in a SaaS Company

Manage the project budget, team resources, communications, and project plans

Previous experience with healthcare systems (EHR, EMR, Pharmacy) is a plus

Experience working closely with or directly on Professional services, Customer Success or Customer Support teams.

Experience driving data-driven process improvement

Exceptional presentation, oral, and written communication skills

Post-Secondary Education in Business, Science, or Project Management

Minimum 5 years of project management experience

May involve overseeing the management, tracking & execution of work orders for promotional items (in-store displays, marketing initiatives etc.)

Related experience preferably within a consumer-packaged goods environment

Proactive and able to continuously manage change in an extremely fast paced, energetic work environment

Responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, & execution of projects and ensuring adherence to timelines and critical milestone dates

Excellent people management skills and in-tune with emotional intelligence; must be able to navigate through difficult conversations in-order to find solutions.

Project Management Institute, PMP Certification or equivalent is an asset.

Ensure project processes are applied consistently, including project plans, issue and risk management, financial management, resourcing, and communications management

3+ years of project management for product development and new product launch in the cosmetic industry is required to be considered.

Proficient in Wrike, Microsoft projects, Microsoft Suite, Google tool suite, project management software and approaches (Agile and Hybrid project management)

Ensure that all supporting cross-functional teams understand their responsibilities and the required timeframes associated with their deliverables.

Collaborate with project managers and developers to understand project requirements and develop comprehensive launch plans.

Conduct thorough pre-launch testing and quality assurance checks to ensure the eCommerce platform's functionality, performance, and user experience.

Document launch processes, best practices, and lessons learned to improve efficiency and facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.

Collaborate with project managers and client stakeholders to migrate historical data (products, orders, customers, etc.)

Collaborate with project managers and client stakeholders to create 301 redirection plans.

Work remotely or from our office

Communicate effectively with senior management and make presentations as required

8 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with a minimum of 2 successful launches

Experience with product planning, supplier relations and negotiations, contract sourcing, and cost analysis

Lead the development and implementation of tooling/equipment/conveyance/facilities for new model assembly production in one or more assembly plants paint shop

Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or other engineering discipline required

Work location is near Brampton, Ontario, with travel to Detroit required
