Package Consultant – Sap Hcm Time Jobs

You have 3-5 years of professional experience in healthcare and life sciences operational excellence, management consulting, strategy or policy development 

Strong Project and Program management experience to support results is preferred 

You have experience leading and managing teams including training, coaching and mentoring to build internal capabilities 

Experience with operations improvement is considered a strong asset

Experience with data analytics and analysis is considered a strong asset

You have experience with operations improvement including strong clinical workflows and operational processes across the care continuum 

Project management experience is an asset

Strong ability to understand and analyze HR management process

Previous consulting experience is an asset

3 years minimum hands-on configuration experience of SAP HCM Payroll experience

Experience with year-end reporting and reconciliation (T4)

Experience testing annual HR support pack upgrades and related defect corrections

· Lead product demos and requirement gathering sessions.

· Experience working with complex integrations via IDocs, SI or PI, and other business partners

· Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on an existing suite of complex applications

Title: SAP HCM Functional (Payroll and Time)

Note: should have good command in

· Functional analyst will work independently to resolve complex issues and suggest alternative approaches.

Project management experience is an asset

3 years minimum hands-on configuration experience of SAP HCM Time Management

Experience with forecasting, scheduling, vacation management, and leave management

5 years minimum hands-on configuration experience of SAP HCM Time Management

SAP HR Time Management application configuration and testing

Strong ability to understand and analyze HR management process

Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and Geospatial services

Human Capital Management (HCM) through on-premise HCM and SuccessFactors

Manage a team of consultants with SuccessFactors and SAP knowledge in a common area.

Delivers SuccessFactors and/or SAP projects as a Subject Matter Expert, gathering and analyzing the clients’ Human Resources business requirements and objectives.

Professional SuccessFactors certifications in two or more modules such as RCM, RMK, LMS, EC, or WFA.

5 – 10 years SuccessFactors consultant experience.

Excellent time-management skills and the ability to deliver quality results with an aggressive timeline

Thorough experience and knowledge of consulting practices and techniques

The ability to develop strong relationships with clients, including building rapports and scope-management

Assessment of business and application requirements

Configuring the software to business requirements

Actively performing knowledge transfer to clients

Experience in delivery of Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) module implementations in client engagement

Strong knowledge in SAP SCM Extended Warehouse Management Solutions and S/4HANA Embedded EWM Solution

Knowledge on SAP Best Practices with technical implementation experience

Manage SAP IT Solution implementations, including budget, resources and timeline planning

Lead assessments and explain requirements.

Experience in supporting Solution’s end to end for proposals and project delivery.
