Outreach Assistants are responsible for helping to promote and coordinate outreach activities for organizations. They work with a variety of stakeholders, including community members, government agencies, and other organizations, to create and implement outreach programs. Outreach Assistants must be able to effectively communicate with a variety of people and have excellent organizational skills. Responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing outreach strategies to promote the organization’s mission and services
• Coordinating outreach activities, such as community events, workshops, and presentations
• Developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, including community members, government agencies, and other organizations
• Assisting with the development of promotional materials, such as flyers, brochures, and newsletters
• Collecting and analyzing data to evaluate the effectiveness of outreach activities
• Developing and managing budgets for outreach activities
• Developing and managing outreach programs
